2013 is fast approaching and as the year winds down, YouTube has released a list of the top trending videos of 2012. The list of videos has been posted to the YouTube Rewind channel—a channel dedicated to reviewing the best videos of the year. The top 10 videos were ranked by a combination of factors including views, shares, searches, parodies, remixes and responses.
Of course, Gangnam Style topped the list and, to celebrate, YouTube has changed their logo to a mini dancing Psy. You can check out the full top 10 list below, but first! YouTube brought together some of the top YouTubers to star in the following video mashup of some of the culturally defining moments of 2012, set to Gangnam Style and Call Me Maybe.
