OverDrive Adds Hachette eBooks to Catalog
Digital book distributor OverDrive has signed a partnership with the Hachette Book Group to make its entire eBook catalog available to more than 22,000 libraries and schools globally.
The eBooks will become available at OverDrive-powered libraries and schools in the U.S. and Canada on May 8th. This includes more than 5,000 Hachette eBooks from authors including: David Baldacci, Sara Zarr, Sandra Brown, James Patterson, David Sedaris and Kate Atkinson.
“Hachette Book Group offers many of the most beloved authors and series in the world and we’re thrilled to be able to offer them to our OverDrive network,” explained Erica Lazzaro, director of publisher relations at OverDrive, in a statement.
