Official Instagram app finally coming to Windows Phone

Instagram has finally announced the upcoming release of an official app on Windows Phone devices. The news comes both from Instagram CEO Kevin Systrom, and Nokia, which confirmed the app’s development at its Nokia World conference in Abu Dhabi today.

“Our ultimate goal is to bring Instagram to everyone who wants to use it,” said Instagram CEO Kevin Systrom in a statement. “We’re looking forward to watching the Windows Phone community use Instagram to capture and share beautiful moments in the coming weeks.”
