The social network said in an announcement on its developer blog that the “low-friction carrier billing” is currently available to most mobile carriers in the U.S. and the U.K., and it will be rolled out to other global operators shortly.
Facebook added in the blog post:
Developers that already integrated Facebook Payments on the mobile Web don’t need to do anything to benefit from this new flow. Mobile web developers interested in adding Facebook Payments to their mobile website can integrate through our payments API. Instructions and tips can be found here.
