What does this growth mean for Twitter?
With the network’s increasing emphasis on advertising, TV partnerships, and consumer marketing, clearly it’s making a run for Facebook’s money. Twitter launched in 2006, grew to 100 million users by 2010, and soared to 200 million users by 2012.
