Chips from Intel are inside most PCs in use today, but how did the hardware manufacturer get inside the minds of so many Facebook users? Social media marketing suite Wishpond explored Intel’s success on the social network in the infographic below.
According to Wishpond, Intel’s content mix on Facebook is roughly as follows:
- Assorted memes: 32 percent
- Product posts (not sales-themed): 20 percent
- Facebook user participation (trivia, opinion-related questions, brain teasers, calls to action for likes and shares): 19 percent
- Informative content: 15 percent
- Company news: 15 percent
