How To Find Gas In New York City & New Jersey

It’s been over a week since Hurricane Sandy, but it’s still hard to get gas in many parts of New York and New Jersey.

To help out, there is GasBuddy.com, a self-described “fuel shortage tracker” a crowd-sourced tool for sharing tips on where gas is available in the New York Metropolitan area.

Drivers can share tips on gas availability and search an interactive Google map to find out which stations have gas, which do not, and which are unknown.
