The Internet has been down for a couple of days in Syria, though reports are coming in that it has mostly been restored. Just in case, there is a new tool will let Syrian citizens tweet stories via telephone.
Twitter, Google and SayNow have created a tool to help Syrian voices be heard–Speak2Tweet. Users can access the service and record a tweet to be sent out over the Speak2Tweet Twitter page, and they can also listen to recordings of other tweets.
