Taptu isn’t the only app that was tuned for Android tablets this week. Google did the same for their always impressive (on any platform) Google Earth app.

So, what’s new for Android tablets?
1. Fully textured 3D buildings provides more realistic looking street views
2. New action bar up top, enabling easier access to search, the option to “fly to your location” and layers
3. Content pop-ups appearing within Earth view, so you can see more information without switching back and forth between pages.
