FitStar Announces FitStar Yoga for Video-based Yoga on iOS

FitStar has announced the development of FitStar Yoga for iOS devices. The app will feature Strala Yoga founder Tara Stiles, and is being designed for all users, with all fitness and expertise levels. FitStar Yoga will offer customized video-based sessions led by Stiles, with the goal of helping users increase their flexibility, build strength and reduce their stress levels.

FitStar Yoga is being built on the technology behind FitStar’s first app, FitStar Personal Trainer.
