Twitter integration enhancements with Facebook occurred late last month in a rather hush-hush manner, and the silently rolled-out changes are intended to improve how Twitter pages, photos, hashtags, and user names cross-pollinate on Facebook.

On a Twitter support web page titled, “I’m Having Trouble Using Twitter with Facebook,” answers are posted to users’ questions about cross-posting, from, “Why can’t my Facebook friends see my tweets on my wall?,” to, “Why does Facebook still show my deleted tweets?,” and, “Why don’t my tweets update my Facebook status?” The page reads:

We have fixed many issues with the Twitter for Facebook integration, including the ability to post to Facebook pages, and added some new features! To update the connection, just disconnect your Twitter and Facebook account in your Twitter profile settings and then reconnect.
