Facebook Starts Pushing User To Remove Symbols From Names

Want to have a name that includes hearts, stars, or other symbols? As of last week Facebook is starting to push people away from such names, posting an alert on their homepage which asked them to post their authentic names instead.

Interestingly enough, many of the users reporting the problem are international users. However there are many of others who have posted symbols in their names as an expression of themselves or even to support a cause.
