Chat App Frankly Secures $12.8 Million, Launches SDK Business
Frankly has announced it has secured $12.8 million in funding from JJR Private Capital, Standford-StartX Fund and SK Planet. The Frankly Chat app allows users to chat with friends with a focus on privacy, as messages disappear seconds after they’ve been read. The app has been downloaded over 1.5 million times since its launch in 2013.
Frankly has also announced the start of its SDK business, which will give developers the ability to add a customizable version of its messaging technology to their own apps through a simple SDK. Currently,
