BBC iPlayer Streams to iPhone

Just a few days ago the BBC said it would be offering its programming on Apple’s iTunes Store in the UK. Now, according to a report on Shiny Shiny, Brits will be able to stream programs from the BBC’s iPlayer to their iPhone or iPod touch when they’re in a Wi-Fi hotspot.

The iPlayer is a free online service that lets folks in the UK catch free streams of BBC programs for seven days after they’re broadcast.
