Android OS 2.2.2 for Nexus One Update Received. Where's Gingerbread???
On December 20, 2010 Google tweeted that Gingerbread OTA for Nexus One will happen in the coming weeks. Just hang tight!
Google Says: Gingerbread (Android OS 2.3) Upgrade for Nexus One Coming Soon
Today is January 25, 2011. My interpretation of coming weeks was less than a month. Apparently, Google doesn’t agree with me because Gingerbread for Nexus One is nowhere to be seen.
In fact, last night my Nexus One received another Froyo (Android OS 2.2) update.
