Amazon's Flow App Coming to Android

Price comparison shopping in stores just got easier for Android users. A9.com, an Amazon subsidiary, is releasing its augmented reality search app Flow Powered by Amazon for the Android platform.

The app, which was previously only available in iOS, lets users search for Amazon products using a traditional search box, as well as through images of barcodes and products. For example, a shopper can take a photo of a product or its barcode in a store and then scan that photo into the Flow app to find that product.
