Amazon Gives Away $5 Credit for Android App Download
Amazon is spreading a little holiday cheer with an app credit this week. The e-commerce giant is offering a $5 Appstore credit to anyone who downloads an app through its Appstore from Dec. 24 through Dec. 28.
The giveaway encourages newcomers to download the Amazon Appstore for the first time or update their settings to the latest version. Any of the Android apps and games available from Amazon–even free ones–are eligible, the company said. A credit is then applied to the user’s account.
