17% Of Tablet Owners Read Books On Device: Pew Research
Pew Research Center’s Project for Excellence in Journalism and The Economist Group have a new report out on tablet usage among U.S. adults. According to the report, 11% of U.S. adults own a tablet computer of some kind and 77% of tablet owners use them every day.
The report found that web browsing, reading news and checking email were the most popular activities on tablets with 67% of users browsing the web, 53% of users reading news and 54% checking email daily on their tablet.
