Publicis Groupe Acquires Resolute Communications
Publicis Groupe has acquired London-based strategic healthcare consultancy Resolute Communications Ltd. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2002, the agency will be merged with Publicis Life Brands in London and the combined entity will be renamed Publicis Life Brands Resolute.
Resolute’s founders Paul Blackburn [pictured] and Anna Korving have been named Joint Managing Directors of the new venture. Publicis Groupe’s other PR holdings include MS&L Group, Freud Communications and Kekst & Co.
