BlueKai Intent Refines Ad Targeting

Data reseller BlueKai claims it has access to more commercial Web searches than any portal or search engine out there — even Google.

Now it wants to help Google’s advertisers leverage those searches using their own custom keyword lists — the same lists they employ to buy paid search ads. But BlueKai claims it can help advertisers take that data and target such users with display inventory.

The company is set to introduce an enhancement for BlueKai Intent, its core data product, which aggregates search data from dozens of retail, travel and auto sites.
