Playboy Promotes Jimmy Jellinek to Chief Content Officer

A week after farming out Playboy’s operations to American Media Inc., parent Playboy Enterprises Inc. bumped up Jimmy Jellinek, the title’s editorial director, to chief content officer.
 
In his newly created position, Jellinek will have responsibility for content development for Playboy on all platforms, including print, digital, TV, film and radio. He’ll continue to report to Playboy founder Hugh Hefner.
 
“Integration of Playboy content across media properties will create more opportunities for advertisers to reach viewers and readers,” Jellinek said in a statement.
