CurtCo's Art & Antiques Sold

CurtCo Publishing has sold Art & Antiques magazine, the third divestiture by the luxury publisher in recent weeks. The buyer is Phillip Troy Linger, who founded L.A. regional pub Brentwood magazine.

In April, Malibu, Calif.-based CurtCo sold two Florida magazines, Sarasota Magazine and Gulfshore Life, to their former owner, Dan Denton, owner of Gulfshore Media. Denton sold the titles to CurtCo in 2004.

Shortly afterwards, CurtCo sold San Diego Magazine to its former president and CEO, James Fitzpatrick; and Milt and Frank Jones, owners of Desert Publications in Palm Springs.
