NEW YORK After making millions of dollars simulating real life, EA's The Sims 3 is supporting Ashton Kutcher's reality TV show-style throwdown against Ted Turner by donating some of those dollars.

Kutcher (pictured) announced on YouTube this week that if his number of Twitter followers hit 1 million before CNN Breaking News' followers, he would "punk" Turner. Specifically, he threatened to "ding-dong ditch" the CNN founder's home.

Kutcher won late last night. At 9:42 a.m. he posted: "Thanks for the congrats but it's your victory. I can't follow myself. Getting ready for Oprah."

EA will give Kutcher's millionth follower, at Twitter.com/aplusk, a copy of the company's entire 2009 portfolio of games for the console of their choice and create a character based on them for The Sims 3.

Kutcher also said he would donate 10,000 mosquito bed nets to charity for World Malaria Day on April 24. EA has also pledged 5,000 nets in the name of the millionth follower.
