CBS CEO Les Moonves said the network was “in the midst” of its upfront commercial sales by Wednesday, adding that he is “very pleased with the marketplace.” His remarks were made during a session at the Sanford Bernstein Strategic Decisions Conference today.

Moonves stayed away from specifics about pricing, but said “the numbers are where we’d like them to be. Pricing is very good and very strong.” Earlier in the year, Moonves said CBS would achieve double-digit rate hikes during this year’s upfront market.
