Australia’s richest man, media billionaire Kerry Packer, died Monday. He was our kind of guy: Packer, 68 when he died, reportedly lived on hamburgers and milkshakes, lost $20 million in one go at a baccarat table in Las Vegas, and despite losing both his kidneys, survived two heart attacks.
