Windows Phone “Mango” to Have Hotspot/Tethering & Front-Camera Support

The question is which carriers, if any, will allow this feature to be enabled and how much they will charge for tethering.

Earlier today, I reported that the first announced Windows Phone Mango device does not have a front-facing camera for video chats. None of the first generation Windows Phone devices have a front-facing camera, either.
