VerticalResponse Users Can Deal With Facebook Comments Via Roost Dashboard

Self-service marketing solutions firm VerticalResponse began reaping the fruits of its acquisition of social media marketing company Roost last month, announcing a new, Facebook-related feature.

Self-service marketing solutions firm VerticalResponse began reaping the fruits of its acquisition of social media marketing company Roost last month, announcing a new, Facebook-related feature.

VerticalResponse customers can now use the Roost dashboard to view and respond to comments on Facebook, as well as replies on Twitter, without being required to log into either social network.

Other new features announced by VerticalResponse include:

  • The option to add LinkedIn to Roost accounts and dashboards.
  • A quotes library, which enables users to locate, select, and post popular quotes from 40 categories to social networks.
  • Two new content feeds, which curate content from blogs and news sites.
  • The addition of several free email newsletter templates, containing customizable social media icons, call-to-action buttons, and tables of contents.
