UAE Gets Mobile Music Downloads
Du, the mobile operator in the United Arab Emirates, has launched a multi-platform full-track music download service.
Initially, consumers have access to more than 2,000 songs from a wide variety of Arabic artists through the operator’s partnership with content aggregator Rotana. Du intends to eventually add more international music, including some Bollywood artists, Mobile Entertainment reports.
The service is available through a mobile client, Web portal or downloadable PC application.
