Happy New Year to you!
Have you made any resolutions?
For many folks it’s customary each January 1st to make a list of things that they want to start (or stop) in the year ahead, which is usually made up of the adoption of good – and the rejection of bad – habits.
The tricky part, of course, is sticking with it, but everyone begins with good intentions.
Twitter looked at English-only keywords associated with resolutions between December 25th and New Year’s Eve, and found that working out was the number one most tweeted resolution on the platform.
Being happy finished second, with losing weight, stopping smoking and (somewhat ironically) unplugging rounding out the top five. Check the visual below for the complete list.
