Pam Kramer has joined Twitter as its first-ever vice president of consumer marketing, where she will lead efforts to strengthen the company’s brand. She had been general manager of a division of GreenRoad, and has also held high-level marketing roles with E*TRADE, MarketTools, and Lending Club.

Twitter’s new director of global brand strategy, Joel Lunenfeld (pictured), comes from Moxie Interactive, where he was CEO.
