Top-Selling Cover Girls (and Boys) of the Year

Sandy, Angie, Gaga made mags fly off the stands

How do you sell a ton of magazines on the newsstand? Try putting Sandra Bullock on the cover. Lady Gaga boosted individual titles’ sales, but Bullock was the overall big seller, as stories on her new baby and romantic betrayal helped push unit sales over 7 million. Dr. Oz and Angelina Jolie followed in the second and third spots.
