The Voice Goes Silent
GannonGate is (unofficially) over. Last night, the Talon News reporter Jeff Gannon, a.k.a. James D. Guckert, threw in the towel:
Because of the attention being paid to me I find it is no longer possible to effectively be a reporter for Talon News. In consideration of the welfare of me and my family I have decided to return to private life.
Thank you to all those who supported me.
We can’t confirm that Gannon is indeed Guckert, but we’ve been trying to get a hold of Gannon since yesterday afternoon to no avail.
