APCO Worldwide followed recent staffing changes at opinion research consultancy APCO Insight by announcing additional changes to its global leadership team. In officially forming the GLT, APCO named New York-based Managing Director Nelson Fernandez to the North American chairman position and appointed Paris-based MD Nicolas Bouvier to chairman of its European operations.
