Chicago police charged a 24-year-old man for circulating on Facebook a photo of an underage girl having sex with him. Others who shared the picture may face charges as well.
Chicago police charged a 24-year-old man for circulating via Facebook a photo of an underage girl having sex with him. Others who shared the picture may face charges as well.
Leroy Stephenson was charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault and child pornography because of the explicit photos he took that were shared on Facebook.
Investigators got involved after the girl’s mother notified the police about finding the photos on Facebook. Police interviewed Stephenson and he said he was in a sexual relationship with the girl since last winter when she was just 15.
Investigators believe Stephenson sent the picture of the girl from his cell phone to another person, and at least 10 more people received the explicit photos through text messaging on their phones.
