Playboy Crowns First-Ever Miss Social

Krystal Harlow of Raleigh, N.C., was the winner of Playboy Enterprises‘ first-ever Miss Social contest, a four-week competition in which entrants creatively promoted themselves online “in an effort to increase their social graph and secure votes.”

Harlow, a fashion merchandising student and aspiring model, used Facebook, Twitter, and foursquare and also hosted a variety of local events, which she promoted via social media, to capture the most votes.

Her booty (so to speak): the title of Miss Social; the opportunity to post for Playboy; a three-day all-expenses-paid trip to Los Angeles for her and a guest; a tour of the Playboy Mansion; a photo shoot with a Playboy photographer; an appearance on Playboy TV show Playboy’s Beach House; and a live interview with Playboy Radio on Sirius Satellite Radio.
