Nokia Looks to Woo EMI Next

Now that Nokia has brought Warner Music, Sony BMG, and Universal Music on board, all that remains of the four major labels is EMI. Today MocoNews reports that as Nokia moves toward launching their Comes With Music flat-rate subscription service at the end of the year, Elizabeth Schimel, the company’s head of global music distribution, said she’s hopeful EMI Music will also come on board before it goes live.

“We are optimistic about our conversations to date with EMI,” she said of EMI in the report.
