Nielsen Social Content Ratings, Week of Sept. 25: More NFL Dominance

NBC’s This Is Us topped the list of TV specials and series

The National Football League continued to dominate the Nielsen Social Content Ratings for the week of Sept. 25.

NFL games once again accounted for the entire top 10 list of televised sports events, led by the Dallas Cowboys‘ victory over the visiting Arizona Cardinals on ESPN’s Monday Night Football, which totaled 8.984 million interactions across Facebook and Twitter.

CBS’ and NFL Network’s presentation of Thursday Night Football, with the Green Bay Packers defeating the visiting Chicago Bears, placed second with 4.313 million total interactions, followed by the visiting Los Angeles Rams’ upset over the Cowboys on Fox Sunday (3.264 million).

NBC’s This Is Us topped the list of TV specials and series with 1.577 million interactions across Facebook and Twitter.

This Is Us was followed by NBC’s Will & Grace (1.339 million) and Empire on Fox (1.192 million).
