Pacific Business News reported that Zuckerberg is the likely buyer of the Kahuaina Plantation, a 357-acre beachfront estate, with the price tag estimated at $66 million.

According to Pacific Business News, the property was sold by California-based investment firm Falko Partners to Hawaii-based Kahuaina Holdings, which was formed in July and counts among its partners Marc Rousseau, a partner with Honolulu-based law firm Cades Schutte. Rousseau would not comment to Pacific Business News.

According to Pacific Business News, Kahuaina Plantation is fully entitled for 80 home sites with approved roads.

This is not the first venture into Hawaiian real estate by Zuckerberg and Chan, as Pacific Business News reported that they also purchases several multimillion-dollar units in ONE Ala Moana, a 23-story ultra-luxury condominium that is currently under development.
