Ever wondered what it’s like to work at YouTube? Your wondering days are over. YouTube has launched a brand new series that gives viewers an inside look at life at YouTube. Meet the employees, check out the San Bruno office, and get a taste of what it would be like to work at the one and only YouTube.
The series, called Tales from the Tube, went up on the Life At YouTube channel and has six episodes so far. In each episode we meet a different YouTube employee and they tell us about what they do and share some heartwarming personal stories and quirky office stories.
Bernita Jenkins, HR Business Partner at YouTube, announced the new series on the YouTube blog at the end of September:
“Today we’re kicking off a series of posts and videos around what it’s like working at YouTube. The goal is to show you what happens behind your screen, and will talk about things we think you might want to know about like job opportunities, interesting folks working and visiting here, projects we’re testing out, our gnome overlords and more.”
You can check out the series teaser, plus one of the episodes below. Check out the rest of the episodes at youtube.com/lifeatyoutube. After seeing this, what do you think? Do you think you’d like to work at YouTube?
