Google Book App Reappears In iTunes

After disappearing from iTunes over the weekend, the Google Book app has returned to Apple’s app store.

Like Amazon, Barnes & Noble and Kobo, Google has updated the app so that it does not include any links where users can purchase eBooks. Apple’s new subscription rules came into effect this week, which requires that content vendors give Apple 30% of any revenue collected on content sold in-app.

In order to buy books for your Google app, you must buy it from a web browser and then sync it with your Google Books app.
