eChook Releases Author Memoir Collection App
Author Tessa Smith McGovern has released a new eBook app story collection called Memoir, Vol. 1.
The app, which is part of McGovern’s short story collection approach to publishing called “eChook”, features short essays from authors about their writing process. It includes selections from authors Ina Chadwick, Jennifer Armstrong, and Eileen Elkinson.
An eChook app is based on the 16th century notion of the chapbook –a small single chapter book. The apps include digital short stories based on a specific theme, each entry designed to be read in 10 minutes.
eChook currently has three open calls for submission for published or unpublished fiction, memoir, or essays between 750- to 2,000-words.
