Brokeback Fountain: Get ready for a steady stream of rural gay shows
LOGO, the gay and lesbian channel under MTV Networks umbrella, has picked up a six-episode reality show about gay life in rural America called “US of Ant,” be hosted by the “Last Comic Standing,” headliner, Ant.
“As to how the towns will be chosen, Ant said he’s ‘going to throw a dart at a map of America and wherever it lands, I’m going to seek out the gays in that town. I hope my bad aim and lazy eye don’t keep me out of the South.'”
