B&N's New Nook Tablet Clears the FCC

Barnes & Noble announced its newest tablet yesterday, and while everyone one was watching the press event B&N also filed the necessary paperwork with the FCC.

Every new wireless device sold in the US eventually has to be certified with the FCC, and the Nook Tablet is no exception. In fact, a lot of gadgets don’t have the paperwork filed until after the formal announcement.
