Angry Birds Space Hits 50 Million Downloads

The latest addition to Rovio’s popular series of games has just set a new record. It’s been just over a month since Angry Birds Space launched and the furious avians have aready wracked up 50 million downloads. This far exceeds Rovio’s previous records and this is probably the fastest growing mobile game yet. This particular installment is a space-based reinvention of the concept which discards much of the techniques you might have developed for the earlier apps.
