Usually when brands try "back to the wild" campaigns, they shit the bed, because most brands either have no connection to anything approximating the wild, or they outgrew it decades ago (looking at you, Wrangler jeans). But since the Boy Scouts actually go camping and stuff, they can get away with it. This new "Be one with the wild" campaign by Ogilvy for the Atlanta-area Scouts is seemingly innocent yet creepy as hell, just like the organization it promotes. Glassy-eyed kids with beards? That dog won't hunt, Monsignor. A bunch of full ads after the jump. Via Osocio.
