Against all odds, Northlich generates lots of fun illustrating "strength" and "stability" in its new spots (one below, one after the jump) for Western & Southern Financial Group. As conservative business-suit types drone on about portfolios and "double A+ ratings," normally you might tune out—but suddenly the spokespeople are attacked by Sumo wrestlers, charging elephants, wrecking balls and wind machines. Needless to say, they survive unscathed—and in fact are literally unmoved by their adversaries. The message is crystal clear: They've invented magic suits, which you'd be well advised to wear to avoid injury and disaster! I'll skip the vest, though. Those make me look fat. OK, fatter.
