KT's Barbecue of Reading, Ohio, made the news for sticking a skimpily clad, well-endowed mannequin in front of the store by way of advertising. In the CNN video, owner Kenny Tessel (who affectionately refers to the doll as "Bar Be") claims the mannequin has helped increase business by 30 percent in three weeks while he yells "Sex sells!" from his BBQ counter. That's 70 new customers, which is an impressive haul for a single piece of guerrilla marketing.
