Tooheys freezes the rockabilly corn people

Not since Folgers’ insane sun-drones has there been such a motley bunch of characters as the rockabilly corn-pod babies from the new Toohey’s Extra Dry spot above, from Australian agency BMF. The farmer-hero in the commercial uses a strand of hair from his own greasy pompadour to grow a field of magical corn, whose husks birth a bunch of literally raving lunatics. After dancing the night away, they return to their pods for a snooze, only to wake in the morning holding bottles of Toohey’s—which the farmer, fridge loaded up on his wagon, takes with a quick blast from his freeze-gun.
