She’s not a man, but she plays one on TV
Eureka! After hours of eye-straining, brain-bending research, I have found my favorite commercial on the face of the Earth. Better than the Geico ad where the geeky executive does the robot. Better than the Super Bowl spot where the monkey photocopies his butt. Better even than all those bizarre, out-of-context Japanese ads that are funny only because we don’t understand their culture. The link will lead you to 47 seconds of incontestable genius, in which a standard role-reversal gag is delivered with impeccable accuracy and comic timing. Not only do I want to buy the product, I want stock in the company. But be warned; like all worthwhile human efforts, this ad isn’t work safe.
