Product packaging vs. the product itself

Packagingreality

It should come as no surprise that food products don't look quite as appetizing as the images on their packaging. But the funny thing about this collection of side-by-side comparisons is that the food actually doesn’t look that different; much of it is so heavily processed that, with a few glaring exceptions, it looks a whole lot like the packaging (and might even taste somewhat the same, too). The difference in images is much more pronounced when you look at fast food rather than packaged food. Via The Presurfer.
